Paranormal Investigations are intended for the more experienced investigators researching this unexplained phenomenon.

Individual Investigator Prices per Group Size

There must be a minimun of 9 people on an initial booking to qualify an investigation as a Private Investigation to ensure exclusivity of the building to your team. Individuals can be added to your investigation after an initial booking by calling the Old Stone Jail. Or upon arrival to your investigation.

Public Investigations offer reduced pricing, but your Investigation team could potently be sharing the building with other individuals and/or small teams. Individuals can be added at any time, on-line or at the office, prior to the start of the Investigation. Once the Investigation starts, booking is closed.
Important Information Regarding Public and Private Investigations
Please Read Carefully!- Upon an initial booking, for a group of 9 or more individuals, the building can be exclusive to your team's use. This booking will then be considered a Private Investigation. Initial bookings of a group consisting of 2 to 8 individuals are considered a Public Investigation and you may be investigating with other groups or individuals. The building is large enough that multiple teams can investigate without contaminating any other team's investigation.
- Additional individuals are welcome to join your investigation. Tickets may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting us prior to your arrival. This is true whether it is a Public or Private Investigation.
- We will accept teenagers under the age of 18 accompanied by a parent or adult guardian to investigate with your team. Teenagers under the age of 14 years old are discouraged from participating in an investigation.
- You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled investigation to unpack your gear and prepare for your investigation. Investigations are scheduled for a max of 8 hours from your scheduled start time. Please be prompt for your start time! Regardless of the time your group arrives, the investigation begins at the booking's scheduled start time. We understand that certain situations can affect your arrival, such as weather, vehicle troubles, and traffic. We will work with you on this with sufficient notice.
- There is parking spaces located aside the Old Stone Jail on Sample Street and additional spaces on Center Street. The entrance to the building is on Sample Street.
- Your group will be given a short orientation tour of the building before your investigation. This tour begins promptly at your scheduled booking's start time. If you are familiar with the building, you can choose to skip the tour.
- An Old Stone Jail staff member or security will be onsite all night in the main office. They may check on you throughout the night. For your protection, there are cameras on the property.
- Check the weather and dress accordingly. The Investigators Room is heated but the rest of the building is not.

Background
In the past year, several incidents have occurred that have affected safety and investigations on this property. Consequently, a set of rules has been
established to guide conduct on these premises.
Purpose
The following rules are communicated to address these concerns and to promote consistent cooperation and mutual understanding while you are onsite.
- Everyone in your group must sign a waiver upon checking in.
- Some areas of the building are deemed unsafe and are under repair. Please obey any signs stating a Hazard and Stay Out. This is for your safety. Anyone ignoring these warnings and entering these areas will be escorted off the property.
- Due to repairs and renovations, some areas are chained off because of the construction. Please refrain from entering these areas as well. Anyone violating this request will be escorted off the property.
- Any theft of tools, construction materials, Old Stone Jail merchandise, or property artifacts will be dealt with by arrest.
- Do not leave any offerings/items on the property for the residents. These items are removed daily.
- No Ouija Boards. No Dark or Black Magic Rituals. This is strongly enforced! You violate this rule, you will be banned from the property.
This is not an abandoned property! It is an amazing building, currently being renovated. We welcome our fellow Paranormal Investigators to
conduct your research here.
